Bacon Ranch Chicken Sliders

Oscar Mayer Bacon Ranch Chicken Sliders are the most delicious and flavorful chicken sliders that are so easy to make!  Packed full of tender shredded chicken, salty bacon, and cheese these sliders are always a crowd pleaser.

Ingredients :

FOR THE SLIDERS:
  • 2 Cups Cooked Shredded Chicken
  • 1 8oz package cream cheese, Softened
  • 8 slices Oscar Mayer Bacon, Cooked
  • 2 Green Onions Sliced
  • ½ Head of Lettuce Chopped
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 8 Slider Buns

FOR THE HOMEMADE RANCH DRESSING:

  • ½ Cup Mayo
  • ½ Cup Regular Milk or buttermilk
  • ½ Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp dried chives
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
  • One Squeeze Lemon Juice

Instructions :

FOR THE SLIDERS:
  1. In a large bowl mix together the shredded chicken and softened cream cheese until combined.

  2. Crumble HALF of the cooked bacon and stir into the chicken mixture along with half of the cheese and the sliced green onions.

  3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly onto the bottom half of the slider rolls.  Top with lettuce, remaining cheese, and ranch dressing as desired.

FOR THE HOMEMADE RANCH DRESSING :

  1. Combine the mayonnaise, milk, sour cream, seasonings, and lemon juice in a medium bowl.  Stir well to combine.  Serve with sliders as desired.

  2. Store the ranch dressing in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
