Crockpot Garlic Ranch Red Potatoes


  • 3 Pounds Red Potatoes, Washed and cut into quarters
  • 5 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 (1 Ounce) Packet Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
  • Chopped Chives for Serving, Optional


  1. Lightly grease a large slow cooker with butter and place the washed and quartered potatoes inside.

  2. In a small bowl whisk together the melted butter, olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.  Pour mixture over the potatoes.

  3. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until potatoes are tender.  Serve hot with chives if desired.
